As it is the BIR tradition in spring, BIR member firms and any other interested non-member companies specialised in manufacturing and selling machines and equipment used by the recovery and recycling industry are invited to showcase their products and technology. The exhibition areas will be located centrally next to the main meeting room. Access to the exhibition will be on presentation of the badge, from Monday morning until Wednesday afternoon.

This exhibition will be also accessible to any other registered company that wants to develop business in China.

The exhibition programme and booth reservation forms will be sent out by the end of January 2006 to all interested firms. Due to the expected high demand, we urge any interested company to make a pre-reservation with the BIR Brussels secretariat as soon as possible.

We remind all exhibitors that, in order to reserve a stand, any exhibiting company must register their delegates to the convention and must pay the registration fees using the convention registration form, which is enclosed with this programme. However in the case of machine and equipment manufactures, two additional representatives will be entitled to register as “stand only assistants ” at a reduced fee on the booth reservation form.

For the first time, BIR will offer large hospitality booths (5x3 m) that interested companies can rent in order to welcome their clients in a more intimate atmosphere. These booths will be located in the main foyer, just opposite the main meeting room and exhibition area. When allocating the booths BIR will give priority to the main sponsors.
