KImperial evening sold out due to soaring participation figures

The good news is: you will have excellent networking opportunities because the number of attendees is rising by the minute. However, as a result, the attendance at the Imperial Evening has reached its maximum capacity and late registrants will unfortunately not get access to this sponsored event. No additional tickets will be for sale. In a recent circular to all our members, we pointed out that despite a record attendance, registration will continue to be possible, but that at such a late stage, certain service could not be provided to late registrants, namely help with visa formalities, hotel bookings, access to the Imperial Evening and possibly also access to divisional luncheons (to be determined). Any delegate who has already started the registration procedure but who in light of the above wishes not to attend the Convention, will receive full reimbursement of any advance payment he has made.
