The convention offers a variety of meetings, programmes and services that will suit each participant. Therefore, BIR does not offer a daily rate and each delegate, regardless of the time spent at the convention, must pay the full registration fees mentioned as below. When registered on the registration form, the accompanying person (i.e. spouse of the delegate not involved in business) receives a complimentary badge and free access to the hospitality areas and the Imperial Evening. He/she can also participate in any other optional event or sightseeing tour and buy the corresponding ticket(s).

• The delegate's registration fees cover:

•	the participation in the plenary meetings with simultaneous interpretation and in the workshops
•	one ticket for the Imperial Evening on Tuesday 30 May
•	one divisional luncheon (to be selected on the registration form)
•	access to the exhibition and hospitality area
•	the accompanying spouse/husband's complimentary registration: badge, access to the hospitality area and the Imperial Evening.

• Categories of fees in US$:

1. Delegates from a BIR Gold Member Firm*:

US$ 850	if the registration form is received before 31st March 2006
US$ 950	if the registration form is received after 31st March 2006

(*Special discount: for those Gold member firms who wish to register more than two delegates, a special discount of 20% will be applied to additional delegates registration fees, provided that all these registration forms are returned to CITS together with corresponding payment.)

2. Delegates from a BIR ordinary Member Firm, or from any member firm of a national association affiliated to BIR:

US$ 950	if the registration form is received before 31st March 2006
US$ 1100	if the registration form is received after 31st March 2006

Please note that:

•	On each of the three convention days, there is a divisional luncheon. One divisional luncheon is included in the delegate's registration fee. One additional ticket can be purchased by the registered delegate for each of the other divisional luncheons for US$ 60. You must indicate on your registration form which divisional luncheon(s) you have selected. Special meals (vegetarian, others....) can be provided upon request on the registration form.
•	Sightseeing tours are optional and are to be paid in addition to the registration fees.
•	Three registration forms, a personal information request form for visa application, a special flyer advertisement form and one pre-printed envelope are enclosed with this programme. One registration form per delegate must be filled in and returned before 1 May 2006 to our Conference Organiser CITS. Additional forms may be obtained upon request from the BIR secretariat.
