have been pre-blocked by BIR through CITS at the
China World Hotel. However the special rates obtained
by BIR will only be applicable if booking is made
through our local Conference Organiser CITS before
1 May 2006. |

book a hotel room, use the enclosed Registration
and Hotel Reservation Form and return it as soon
as possible to CITS. Use your credit card to guarantee
your room reservation. If you prefer to pay by bank
transfer or check, kindly add to your registration
fee a mandatory hotel deposit of US$ 300 to cover
your room booking as we expect delegates to stay
more than 2 nights. |

The
reservation is binding for the hotel as well as
for the guest for all nights reserved when confirmed
by CITS. Your deposit will not be refunded unless
your room has been allocated by CITS to another
BIR delegate. |

Any
change of a reservation should be made in writing
to CITS and not directly to the hotel. |

Any hotel booking
must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or
payment of an advance deposit of US$ 300 which will
be credited by the hotel towards the delegate's account

2. Hotel
room confirmation

Confirmation
of the hotel room reservation will be sent by
CITS to each delegate as soon as the Registration
and hotel form as well as the credit card guarantee
or US$ 300 advance deposit has been received before
1 May 2006. |

In
order to ensure a smooth check-in, please present
your CITS confirmation to the front desk of the
hotel when you check in. |

Hotel
rooms are accessible as from 14.00. Check out
time is 12.00 noon. |

Early
arrivals and late check out can be arranged upon
special request to CITS. |

| • |
The
balance of the room bill must be paid by each
delegate directly to the hotel upon departure.
The hotel will issue an invoice for the entire
amount paid (deposit included). |
